State officials today released the schedule of  H1N1 vaccinations at schools that will begin next week. The H1N1 (swine flu) nasal spray vaccine will be given to elementary pupils with parental permission. Older students may receive an injectable version of the vaccine at a later time, according to a news release from the Division of Public Health and Department of Education.

I wanted to start a new discussion, but I have never done that before and I don't know how... .

DelawareOnline has a couple of pictures of children getting the nasal H1N1 vaccine, but the people giving the vaccine are not wearing gloves....what's up with that????  Maybe I am just being picky, but I think anyone handling medicine, vaccines, etc., should be wearing gloves, don't you?  I would be curious to know if they are using hand sanitizer after each vaccine because they are touching the child's face.

DD's school isn't on this week's schedule either.  I'm hoping for next week.

Does anyone else find it odd that Colonial isn't on the list at all for week 1?

The Swine Flu vaccine is a systematic killing of our children. Parents wake up. Do some research. Read articles such as the one below.  The nasal vaccine is live virus that stays in a recipients nose for up to 2 weeks and thus is easily spread to members of the family and others.  The flu itself has proven to be less serious than normal seasonal flu.  Check the ingredients and check the facts.  Ask for the vaccine insert not the "Form Letter" that schools and drug stores hand out.  Do you homework, your child's life may depend on it.
